Introduction. These are the ground rules for joining any PBEM
games hosted by me.
B.
Multi-Playing. One major concern of any PBEM or PBM game is
the effect of a player using Multiple Email Accounts to create
multiple game accounts or factions. This will cause game imbalance.
I do not allow any player to have multiple factions (unless
otherwise stated). To
prevent/mitigate multiplaying, I will not accept any player with an
Email Account that is obtained from a host or service provider
that allows multiple free accounts for each person. For example,
Hotmail, AngelFire, Usa.Net. This list is not exhaustive. I will
check all mail domains to ensure that those domains do not allow
more than 1 free email per person.
C.
Fees and Payments. No Fees or Payments will be imposed. I
maintain the games as a hobby.
D.
Right of Refusal. I, in my sole discretion, reserves the right to
refuse to approve the Application for any player. The player
agrees that the submission of this Application does not obligate
me to accept his/her Application.
E.
Right of Revocation. I, in my sole discretion, reserves the right to
revoke the game account of any player, if that player is found to have
tampered/hacked the game of any other player, with or without malicious
intention, or is multi-playing. I may, revoke an entire Email Domain
(all players belonging to that Email Domain) even after the initial
Application(s) was accepted, if it is known that Multi-Players come
from that Email Domain (in case I missed some Domains in point B above).
